Thursday 20th January's club

Hello everyone!

Last Thursday club was the most well attended ever! :) There were around 30 people there - thank you everyone for coming. We are still getting new members each week. :)

I really enjoyed seeing the films - well done everyone who contributed. Particularly to the people who brought in props and costumes and made a real effort. I also loved the way everyone worked with each other - different year groups and everything. You were fab!

We have one more film to watch next week - they need to score 3 or more to beat the others to the prize!

I am still awaiting suggestions as to what you want to do for the rest of the half term. NOTE: we are a "reading" club - ish! What we do should be linked to reading and books! ...Not JLS! (Boo)

Happy New Year Roarers!

Happy New Year to all the Roarers out there!

It was lovely to see you all rehearsing your plays last Thursday (6th Jan) - you were all getting on so well - I can't wait to see them when they have been filmed!

This week we will start a bit earlier so that we can get the filming done and I will try and arrange "Quiet" rooms for you to do this.

Well done and thank you to everyone who mixed up the groups and worked with people they don't usually work with, or someone from a younger year group.

See you on Thursday!
(Also I will be there on Wednesday lunchtime in A13 for anyone else who needs to practise!)
